Do you have Mercedes STAR diagnostics?
Yes. We use Mercedes STAR KIT4 equipment, the same diagnostic capability as a main dealer, to read fault codes across engine, gearbox, electrical and comfort systems accurately.
Are courtesy cars available?
Yes. Free Mercedes-only courtesy cars are available for qualifying service work so you're not left without transport.
Do you use genuine Mercedes parts?
We supply genuine Mercedes parts with a two year warranty, and quality OE equivalent alternatives where appropriate. We'll always advise what's best for your car and budget before ordering anything.
