Do I need a main dealer for diagnostics?
No. We use the same STAR KIT4 equipment as Mercedes main dealers, so you get identical diagnostic capability without main dealer labour rates.
How much does a diagnostic check cost?
We agree a fixed diagnostic cost before starting. Call us with your symptoms and we'll explain what's involved.
Will you replace parts without asking first?
Never. We diagnose, explain the findings, quote for the repair, and only proceed once you're happy to go ahead.
Can you diagnose intermittent faults?
Yes. We use live data and fault history from STAR diagnostics to investigate intermittent issues, though some faults may need the car to be left for extended testing.
Do you diagnose non-Mercedes vehicles?
Our STAR equipment is Mercedes-specific. For Peugeot and Citroen diagnostics, we use appropriate equipment for those vehicles. Call us to discuss.
